This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a beautiful Bohemian neighborhood provides an extended walking distance to interesting sites, such as the skateboard park, and easy access to the city center. The staff provides basic amenities and the rooms have comfy twin beds with air conditioning. Additionally, breakfast is included, making it a convenient choice for travelers.
The only minor improvement needed was the slow wifi connection.

Great location, close to tram station, restaurants, and cafés. Convenient pizzeria outside. Apartment with fridge and cooking facilities. Clean bathroom with well-maintained taps and shower head. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely walk along the river to the Chartrons area. Nearby wine and cheese shop and supermarket.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the charming Chartrons district. We were able to easily explore the neighborhood on foot and take advantage of the nearby tramway stop to visit other attractions. The hotel also offered a great view of the river from certain rooms, allowing us to enjoy the scenic beauty of the area. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with friendly and helpful reception clerks who made our stay more enjoyable.
The room we stayed in could have benefited from some maintenance, as there were a couple of minor issues like a loose tile on the bathroom floor.

I had a pleasant stay at City Residence Bordeaux Centre. The apartment wassuper clean and cozy, with a kitchenette that allowed me to prepare my own meals. The bed sheets and bathroom were also clean, which ensured a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Anne. The location was perfect for us, as it was quiet yet still conveniently close to the city center. We were able to easily explore the city on foot or by taking the very cheap tram. there were plenty of food venues along the river that provided great dining options.
Couldn't stay longer.
